What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery is 1-2 business days. Free delivery is available on orders over £50.
Can I return an item?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition. Visit your account to start a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK. International shipping will be available soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your card details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or Revolut with full encryption.
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign In" in the top menu, then select "Create Account". You'll need your name, email address, and a password.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact our support team or visit your account to request cancellation.
